STUDIO POLICIES
Classes cancelled due to weather conditions will not be rescheduled. As the recital becomes closer there will be additional classes and practices at no cost.
If the teacher is sick she will be replaced by a substitute teacher or the class will be rescheduled.
No refunds will be issued after the 2nd week of the term.
We prefer that all cellphones be left outside of the studio.
We ask that parents please use the viewing windows if they wish to watch the class. Students only in the studios.
If you choose to take pictures or video of the class we ask that you receive the teachers permission first.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Fees are due on the first class of each term. There will be a discounted price for each additional class and each additional family member.
All payments are non-refundable unless accompanied by a doctor's note.
A $20 service fee will be charged to checks returned due to insufficient funds.
All remaining fees have to be paid in full before the costume for the recital is distributed.
